US carrier forgets sleeping flyer in jet
HOUSTON: A passenger who fell asleep while flying to Los Angeles claims he awoke to find out himself on your own and locked inside of a darkish, vacant aircraft in Houston.
Tom Wagner explained to KTRKTV that he was supposed to modify planes on Friday at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. But no staff members observed he was still sleeping in a window seat at the rear of the flight from Louisiana in advance of they closed up the jet. Wagner named his girlfriend who requested the airline to rescue him.
ExpressJet, which operates regional airline United Categorical in partnership with United Airways, apologized on Saturday and claimed the incident is under investigation. It says crew executed a write-up-flight walk-via.
