Labourer falls from products carrier dies
CALANGUTE: A labourer died of head accidents after he fell off a goods provider at Saligao on Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the vehicle has been arrested.
According to Calangute police, the incident took place at close to 1.40pm at Grand Morod in Saligao, as a outcome of rash driving by Vinay Baburao Mandrekar. Even though the driver was negotiating a curve to go toward Nagoa, the carrier part of the decide-up fell on the highway and a labourer, Laku Tolu Chawan, who was sitting within the carrier fell off, suffering critical head accidents.
